Meet Mrs Jones

Hello, my name is Jordan Jones! I am so excited to be kicking off another year at Boone Elementary! This will be my seventh year with the Highland Park ISD and eight year teaching Kindergarten. I have been a Boone Bulldog since the day we opened. I am so grateful to be a part of this district. The continual support from families, administration, and colleagues truly make this place one of the best. I am a born and raised Oklahoma girl that Dallas, Texas now has become home to. Before moving to Dallas, I lived in Oklahoma City where I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and started my teaching career with the Edmond Public School District. Additionally, I have my Masters of Science Educational Psychology with a Concentration in Learning & Development. In our free time, my husband Clayton and I enjoy spending time with our friends and family, watching sports, exercising, taking our sweet "Goldie Girl" on walks and traveling. I am looking forward to another wonderful year at Boone and getting to know each and every one of you.
