Hello Bulldogs!

My name is Sarah Eastwood, and I feel extremely lucky to be your child’s second grade teacher this year!

A little bit about Mrs. Eastwood…

I was born and raised in Kansas City, the home of the Chiefs! Following high school, I moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas where I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig Sooie!) and met my husband, Neil. In the spring of 2020 I graduated with my Master's in Education from the University of North Texas. This will be my third year in education and my third year at Boone Elementary. I am so excited for another incredible year as a Boone Bulldog!

Outside of the classroom I love spending time with family, friends, my husband, Neil, and our precious baby boy Fletcher. I also enjoy traveling, running, gardening, cooking and baking all things chocolate!

As a teacher, I believe in cultivating a loving classroom community were my students feel empowered to take risks, be themselves, and become life-long learners. I am so excited for the incredible year ahead. I look forward to getting to know your child and supporting them on their learning journey!
